Meagan was my Dr. for most of my appointments.
I have gone to several different places over the years but these guys are by far the best!!
They greeted me by name when I walked in, and it became a place I actually enjoyed going to twice a week.

After practicing yoga for years, it became obvious that twists, side bends and other basic components of yoga poses were messing with my spinal stenosis and causing pain in my right hip and outer thigh. My pain clinic suggested aquatic therapy and I'm so glad I tried it.I had several sessions with Shelby in the warm therapy pool. Later, we took a short break so I could do the routines at my gym for a few weeks on my own. We determined after that I was ready for release.Shelby printed out my exercises and laminated them for me. I take it out to the pool at the gym and do my thing for about 45 minutes.
