For my ankle surgery/recovery I sought out the very best surgeon and the very best physical therapist based on research of my own and a couple of friends in the medical field. For my surgeon I chose Chris Coetzee of Twin Cities Ortho (he's the same surgeon the Vikings chose for Kirk Cousins). For PT, I chose Jon Schultz. I've had incredibly positive results with Jon and would make exactly the same choices if I could do it all over again. Chris and Jon are both simply next-level providers 100% focused on individual needs.

I first reached out to Optimum because of excessive hamstring tightness and tricep pain. I run 4-8 miles per week and typically lift 2-3 times. Our experience with Jon at Optimum has been a lifesaver. His knowledge and expertise in the area of Postural Restoration Therapy was exactly what we were looking for. He understands Dysautonomia and POTS and provides therapy to help improve the symptoms of these conditions. As anyone with POTS understands, it takes a team approach to get better. Jon is a perfect addition to the team!
