“This is the second time we’ve returned to LCA in the last four years. Four years ago, this was our last resort. It will now always be our first “resort” when we tackle head lice. Even though it is a two hour drive for us, it is worth the 30 day guarantee and thorough check of our entire family to be rid of lice. I recommend this clinic to anyone. I am also thankful that they have a Medicaid discount. Our experiences both times have been five star. The staff is super friendly, especially for how many hours we are there for screenings and treatment, it is nice that the staff can make easy conversations with clients. Jaimi and Jasmaine were very friendly and encouraging, and we found we had common faith so that made for easy conversations during the time we spent at the clinic.
The only reason I gave four stars this time is because we waited 45 minutes past our initial appt time before we were helped because there were clients before us.“

I have had many complications with my iud due to a botched insertion and was desperate for answers. Urgent care didn't give me any help and every gynecologist in the surrounding area turned me away due to having my iud inserted out of state. I definitely have some previous medical trauma so I was very apprehensive and honestly terrified to get my iud removed. As soon as I met my nurse my mind was instantly put at ease a bit. She was incredibly kind and had a great sense of humor. My doctor was also amazing. She explained everything she was doing and helped me remain as calm as I could. When we ran into some complications she allowed another doctor to help rather than causing more pain and discomfort than necessary. I felt incredibly safe and more importantly, heard.
