“This is the second time we’ve returned to LCA in the last four years. Four years ago, this was our last resort. It will now always be our first “resort” when we tackle head lice. Even though it is a two hour drive for us, it is worth the 30 day guarantee and thorough check of our entire family to be rid of lice. I recommend this clinic to anyone. I am also thankful that they have a Medicaid discount. Our experiences both times have been five star. The staff is super friendly, especially for how many hours we are there for screenings and treatment, it is nice that the staff can make easy conversations with clients. Jaimi and Jasmaine were very friendly and encouraging, and we found we had common faith so that made for easy conversations during the time we spent at the clinic.
The only reason I gave four stars this time is because we waited 45 minutes past our initial appt time before we were helped because there were clients before us.“

“Established care here with NP Johnson. Incredible provider, thorough, reassuring and kind but serious. Cheryl was a great MA(?) that got me ready and took vitals. Kia at the front desk was welcoming and helped me through the new patient paperwork.
If you need, this clinic is on the 4 Bus Route. Super convenient!
Clinic is clean, clear current postings and brightly lit.

“My wife had just had her second knee replacement. The doctor told us to find a place we want to go while we’re Southsiders so we want to stay on a south side look at a couple places went in Mercy one and chose it because of the flat, no obstacle sidewalk we thought it was the best bet for my wife little did we know there’s a lot more to it than sidewalks I can’t believe the treatment my wife got so much better than the first one Travis and Jason really took care of my wife. It was such a good experience that I decided to take care of some long, lingering problems that I had that another therapist told me that’s just how it’s gonna be well no it wasn’t today. I am way better than when I walked in there. Thanks to Jason and Travis, my wife and I had Travis mostly this guy love his attitude. It was just like mine. We still go to the gym but these things aren’t working for me in closing great people even the receptionist. Hope I don’t ever have to, but if I do, I know that they’re there to take care of me.“
