I had a great experience in Adel with Kate. She explained all the issues with my hearing loss then explained the attributes of the devices. She then communicated with me by email on my insurance and ordering the device. When it is received I'll return to the office for fitting and adjustments. I look forward to this life changing event.

I have been using Woodard Hearing in Des Moines for about seven years and have always been satisfied with the care they provide for my hearing loss. My recent visit was to Dr. Kate Bergin, who is a very knowledgeable audiologist. I'm interested in newer technology hearing aids, but not wanting to get them unless they would actually improve my hearing. She explained the new technology, helping me to know if they might be useful, along with letting me demo a pair before making a decision. What I really appreciate about Woodard Hearing is they do not push purchasing new product but are genuinely working to help me with my hearing issues.

Kailin was very accomodating, thorough, efficient, and informative. She recommended updating my hearing aides, enumerating the benefits, but applied no pressure. She repaired my faulty hearing aid which was the reason for my visit. It was a pleasant experience.
