Went in to get a factory issue looked at on a fender acoustic. They adjusted the neck as best they could and got it playable. Very satisfied with the customer care and service. Also bought a strap and had them install a strap button. Overall, a great store. Will definitely be back.

Took my new guitar in to be strung and tuned, and they found a problem with the neck and fixed it restrung and tuned it and when they gave it back, they told me no charge. I really appreciate how helpful that they are.

The first time I was in, I didn't purchase anything because the guy was more worried about checking his inventory book to see what he had and didn't, weird but I was on a time deadline. Second time I went in I walked out being the new owner of a Yamaha keyboard. Since it's new and not used, a bit pricey. Although it was on sale. since I needed it, definitely worth it. The salesman was very nice and very knowledgeable.
