Our daughter BLOSSOMED under Maryanne’s care. She started as a shy girl who happened to love-love-love music and singing. From mostly singing at home (in the shower and in the car), Maryanne was able to coach her out of her shell, and she has since performed as a soloist in recitals and talent shows. Maryanne was like our daughter's own grandmother. Our daughter was always excited to tell Maryanne all about her day in school and to show off her non-musical abilities, and singing lessons were by far her favorite activity. We have since had to move out of state, and leaving Maryanne was one of the most difficult parts of our move. Within two weeks of our move to Duluth, our 9-year-old daughter was already recognized for her vocal abilities; after participating in a one-week camp, she was invited to join a resident choir within an established group. Her talents would not have manifested if it were not for Maryanne's exceptional teaching skills and her rapport with our daughter. Our daughter still sings in the shower, although it is now very much in tune. We often think of Maryanne, and we know our daughter does too.

What do I Know other than my grandson is better every time I hear him sing.
