I've been a patient here for over 20 years. The staff are mostly friendly & curtious. The nurse practitioners are always very nice. Usually no waiting, you're typically able to get in for your appointment on time, unless there's a windy one in back. This office is now able to offer many new things since it remodeled, like a pharmacy, dentistry, x-rays and in house blood work.
They came out fast and did a great job and was very reasonable. thanks again.

I love this place so much! I usually hate getting my hair done because most places do a bad job getting the idea on how I want it cut but they are always on the spot! I love the atmosphere of it all and I would, I do, and I have reccomended it to anyone who wants to look sharp!
It was very nice, but my hair extensions they wanted $1200. And I just didn't really feel like I fit in there. That seems like, uh, fancier type of place, I guess.

Glenda always does a WONDERFUL job! She cares about her clients, and quality of her work. When I tell you EVERY OTHER nail salon/tech I’ve allowed do my nails, burns, scratches, my nails and I was really sick of it until I met Glenda. I explained my past experiences to her, and she ACTUALLY LISTENED, especially to my design/length requests. I would recommend anyone here, any day. Thank you Glenda you are awesome!

They do charge a deposit and minimum hour charge, but that comes out of your total bill in the end.
My furnace wasn't working. Another company came said you need a new furnace. I called Orres & Gailey within 15 minutes my furnace was working!!! GOD BLESS these gems or I'd have to come up with 4 grand. CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!!!
Kevin was the plumber that came out and installed A Santa flow toilet and a pedestal sink in my basement. Kevin went above and beyond with suggestions ideas very careful very meticulous super friendly did not talk down to me as an older woman, very knowledgeable and seemed to appreciate my input Kevin had the entire job finished in two days came prepared with supplies. The best service I’ve ever had. Thank you Kevin can’t say enough positive feedback for you.

This review describes the men who work here. Today my sister, aunt and I were sitting at Tom Thumbs drive in. Our car battery had gone dead and we were waiting for Triple A. Two men came in from a Russ’s construction truck and ate. Knowing our situation they offered to try a jump start. Thankfully it worked we got home to Des Moines hours earlier than we would have without those two. Refused anything but thanks. There are still good people in the world. Thank you!

I was in emergency need of a vet 5 years ago and my vet at the time put off my pet saying it would be another 2 weeks to be seen for an infection. Dr Holm got us in right away and we haven’t looked back! He may need to wear both capes some days but he gets it done! The rest of the staff is very friendly also.
Dr.Shimkat has more than maintained along with enhanced my loved felines for over 15 years.
I used to go to this clinic for years. They are very reasonable for pricing and very good with our pets. The reason I hadn't gone as much is because I recommended them to alot of people and they were getting so busy I couldn't get my cats in soon enough. I also am disabled and needed help getting my pets there and had troubles finding someone to go that far. Both Dr. Arnolds are so very nice, kind and patient! He and the vet techs are good I remember when my special needs kitty needed vaccinated he scratched and bit them both terribly!!! I was horrified!! Their hands were both bleeding but not one complaint, yell or swear word lol! They were so kind to me and my cat after the ordeal! I felt terrible that happened to them but they were so kind and professional. I thank them for taking my cats over the years and helping me and them! They are understanding and kind!!
We have great vets in this town and I still recommend them to people. It's just easier to take my animals somewhere closer now because of my disabilities and needing help myself!
