“Premier Plus Team did an excellent job installing a roof replacement on my house. The company is from Iowa. At first, I was skeptical about how they would do the job where I live in Missouri. Lawrence Triplett, the salesman, was courteous, explaining how they work. My husband and I agreed to go with them on March 22nd. The materials were dropped off on May 14th. Due to the rainy weather, the crew post was postponed until Saturday, May 18th. They came early to work, around 7 am. The production manager, Rich Bryan, came in person to see the work and coordinate things progressing. He kept us updated on what they do. We are delighted with our new roof and will use their service again.“

“I am so happy with the service of these guys! During one of Iowa’s crazy windy days, we had a cable rip out some of our siding, and our fascia started coming off. I reached out and within a day Chandler was out checking the damage, and we got scheduled for the repairs. In the interim I noticed I had some water spots going on which freaked me out, so I asked them to add that to the list of things to help us with. There were some issues with our attic and how exhaust fans were set up. Everything is fixed now! Which makes me feel so much better. “Way Overpriced!! They tried charging us over 15k just to replace all the Fascia trim on an investment property we purchased. We decided against them & went with a real local company instead which did it all for only $4200.... what a huge difference!! Definitely best to call around first, be careful as they run under multiple business names when Googling roof, siding and remodeling services within the area!!“

“We worked with Seth Heeren on an insurance claim from a storm that damaged our roof siding and gutters basically the entire exterior of the house insurance fought with me for months not trying to pay for it Seth went to war with them for us for at least 5-6 months relentlessly calling emailing doing anything he could to get our home repaired in the end he got us everything we needed and some above and beyond is an understatement for the work he put in to get us what we were owed without his help I would probably still be fighting with insurance our home is fixed and looks 1000x better than before we are forever grateful for his efforts as most people would have most likely given up and moved on he didn't he treated our home as if it was his own and made sure everything was better than before the damage!
