“The service we got from Darnell Construction was perfect! From the first phone call to the owner personally picking up the check after all work was completed the communication was honest and fast. The workers were respectable and if they didn't know the answer to a question they made sure the right person would contact me to answer anything I needed to know. So happy we decided to stay local and not some out of state company. I called them on a Thursday and the work was all complete the following week! The price was less than some other companies... We needed an exterior door put into our mudroom and John was recommended by a family friend. Once John arrived, we didn't have to worry about anything, and I can't stress this enough.His communication was excellent, so we didn't have to worry about what was happening at any point in the construction. He was punctual, so we weren't worried about whether he was going to show and if the work would get done. The quality of work was outstanding; the door, drywall, framing, siding, and step leading to the outside, all looked like they were part of the original construction of the house. “We've been putting off doing siding because we just didn't know who to trust with such a big investment. I've seen Tri-County Enterprises signs in neighbor yards, so I called and had them give us an estimate. From the minute I met salesman Tom, I felt at ease. He didn't pressure me to make a commitment and answered follow-up questions I had. Months passed, and we finally pulled the trigger. Coming into fall, I wasn't expecting to be able to get siding done until spring, but low and behold, the call came they could start in a week! Someone showing up when they say they will is a huge deal to us, so come Monday morning at 6:30 am, the dumpster arrived just as they said! Shortly after, all materials arrived, and work commenced! In just two short days, our 2-story house was complete. Granted, the crews can't help the noise they make hammering and sawing, but I was very appreciative there was no loud music playing or loud talking when we both work from home. The crew picked up after themselves and were always friendly when I'd come out to take a peak at progress. Supervisor Damon answered my many, many questions, and it was nice to have someone hands on at the job site daily. We couldn't be happier with the transformation of our house!! We feel confident we made a great choice in contractors who made us feel appreciated, took care of our property, and paid close attention to detail. Took awhile for work to get started, but that was due to things being ordered. It was in no way Adam's fault. My only complaint was the subcontractors did not seal around either door they installed and I had to do it myself. But not shabby considering the amount of work I needed done, something getting missed was bound to happen.“

“We worked with Seth Heeren on an insurance claim from a storm that damaged our roof siding and gutters basically the entire exterior of the house insurance fought with me for months not trying to pay for it Seth went to war with them for us for at least 5-6 months relentlessly calling emailing doing anything he could to get our home repaired in the end he got us everything we needed and some above and beyond is an understatement for the work he put in to get us what we were owed without his help I would probably still be fighting with insurance our home is fixed and looks 1000x better than before we are forever grateful for his efforts as most people would have most likely given up and moved on he didn't he treated our home as if it was his own and made sure everything was better than before the damage! “Nguyen Roofing is a phenomenal group of highly skilled & dedicated professionals! My back porch 'awning' fell under the weight of snow & ice, taking the soffit, facia & gutters with it. I'd had another company that said they'd help, but 2 months later they quit on me. I called this company & was immediately put in touch with Nick & Darrin. Darrin came out the next day, Tuesday & the professional, kind & hard working crew came out Wednesday & did more than 2/3rds of the work! Thursday it rained, but they were conscientious & put up tarps for the day. By Friday afternoon, all the work was completed! They'd cleaned up all the collapsed damage & left my home in much better shape than when they arrived! They even took over the Insurance piece of the deal, relieving me of massive amounts of stress! I can't speak highly enough of this company & his entire crew! A fantastic job was done by everyone! It's rare to find a company SO competent, professional & downright amazing!! They'll be back to repair my flooring, doors & windows as well! For a construction company, repeat business is the highest form of a compliment they can get, right?! Also, two of my neighbors asked me for their company info for themselves! I don't think you can go wrong with them! I give them 10 out of 10 stars!!“
