They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! “It did take them some time to get to us. They probably had many other jobs. That's just a give in. The most popular businesses have the longest wait time. But once they got to us the work went quick and efficient. The workers knew their jobs and they did them. In the past we talked to Dan Young directly. But he probably has reasons why he can't anymore. Our main contact on the last roofing project was Jamie Hamilton-Howell. She was knowledgeable and worked with us well. Gave us a good idea of the pricing and other details and listened to feedback from us. There was a previous roofing job where Dan Young more closely directed a project. He had to deal with the poor job of a company from Clear Lake - I can't remember that other company's name but I know they are no longer in business. Dan and his team did the damage control on that well. We would likely seek their services for future roofing jobs. There will always be another storm - hail, wind, etc.“
