Over the last few years, we have had Tri-County Enterprises complete some projects. They have been great to work with especially Tom K. The projects were completed on time, no delays, and very clean after the projects were completed. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking at completing projects on their house.
November ‘24 my wife and I bought a 4 bedroom home on an oak tree filled cut-de-sac in Manchester IA. We love the home except for the frontal exterior, it’s just too bland.
I mentioned we need to add a front porch, it will change the homes appearance.
I started drawing sketches, took photos of some other homes trying to get the image across to my wife what a gabled A frame porch would look like.
Drawings completed I began the contractor hunt. Many of my friends recommended the Amish. The city of Manchester requires business have insurance policies before a building permit will be issued.
