Being new to the United States I'm sure would be scary for anyone but as a 16 yearold with zero Medical History my sister was terrified. I looked for the closest Unity Point to my home and after reviewing the pictures of their providers we selected the sweetest looking one. I initially worked with Alex from the front desk to establish a new record which was understandably difficult due to our circumstances however Alex made the process 1000% better. I’ve seen countless providers over the years trying to figure out some complex and gradually worsening health issues, but none of them truly listened—until I was referred to Ed Piasecki (by one of his previous colleagues.)
Ed is the first provider who took me seriously, took the time to truly listen, and genuinely worked to understand what was going on. He’s compassionate, thorough, and incredibly thoughtful in his approach. Providers like him are rare, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be under his care. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile.
Dr. Bebensee is the best provider around. He takes the time to listen to every single thing you say and ensure he answers every single question you have. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains things in such detailed ways and gives some of the best advice. My mental and physical health is all thanks to him!
