Good! Everyone was kind and pleasant. No 5 stars for the following: 1. So I was quoted ~120$ on the phone for services (no insurance, they knew this). I get there, do my services, and when it's time to pay I now owe 220$. Where did that extra 100$ come from??? I cant afford that, but they already did their thing so I owe them. Probably just a mistake by the person scheduling my appointment, but wow that's an expensive mistake for me!! 2. The website is broken. Can't schedule online--had to call. Ive always been a huge supporter of planned parenthood and my experience here has further cemented that. I have had many complications with my iud due to a botched insertion and was desperate for answers. Urgent care didn't give me any help and every gynecologist in the surrounding area turned me away due to having my iud inserted out of state. I definitely have some previous medical trauma so I was very apprehensive and honestly terrified to get my iud removed. As soon as I met my nurse my mind was instantly put at ease a bit.
