PHC's Homeless Out Reach has Really gone to bat for me In my short time as a Shelter Homeless individual because of a call to 211 I discovered that PHC Homeless Outreach at that time didn't have housing under their control nor funding available to do much of anything but in that 6 months Fourine has found them as well as myself they are at this moment diligently working at getting me a longer lasting housing arrangement so the new plan is for myself along with Sara and Amanda's help are going to source me a studio 1 or hopefully 2 bedroom spot iI want to be located near Jordan Creek or Altoona

Great place to have any of your public health needs met. Homeless Resources has showers and clothing closet available to public, and is also doing Centralized Intake for housing needs.
