On Feb. 21,2024 I was admitted to the Broadlawns Emergency Room with a head injury. I selected Broadlawns resulting from the horrible emergency room arrogant, rude, non caring bunch of liars I dealt with at Methodist Hospital in 2022. At Broadlawns from the front desk to the emergency room I experienced prompt, professional, caring, knowledgeable, polite and a truthful medical staff who resolved my head injury which required immediate attention. Great hospital. The care we received was top notch. Updated rooms and a very clean hospital. Food was great too. Cafe offered a lot of variety and very cheap compared to other places. I highly recommend.

Over the years I have not heard a lot of good things about Broadlawns. When my wonderful doctor, Bryan Folkers, said he was going there I could not believe it! Was I ever wrong! They are doing a lot of building. It is clean, new, and very nice. The professionals working there are friendly and helpful. It is easy to get to wherever you are going... like Lutheran. Not a huge maze like Mercy and Methodist. I would highly recommend this hospital.
