They came out and replaced our roof in one day with great shingles that allow us to get a reduction in our home owners insurance. “It was quite a new experience working with American Exteriors. We had a Contractor working on a basement remodel and had an unexpected need for 5 new windows that had to be custom made to an unusual size and needed to be delivered in 1 week. All other window companies were quoting at least 6 weeks to 2 months. The American Exteriors sales staff, the manufacturer, and the installers went above and beyond to get us the windows in that 1 week time frame. After the windows were installed we noticed a problem and contacted Amercan Exterior. They were awesome in sending out a representative, evaluating the problem and resolving the problem right away.
