“I called in looking for help with a project for my home and I had to say that Janelle was the epitome of class and professionalism helping out this little old lady who knows diddly squat about insulation and remodeling. She listened to me and helped me with terms she was as sweet as an Iowa cob of sweet corn. She got me to a salesman named Jr who was also very good. Thank you both.”
