Easter weekend after 5 pm on Good Friday, I arrive home to the furnace not working. Every Clear Lake HVAC contractor on Google said ‘ closed til Monday’…except one, left a message, John solved my problem the next morning! Thank you!
We discovered our water heater had leaked overnight and spent the day calling around for plumbing mechanics while also dealing with the water damage and tearing up carpet. We received vague price estimates and wait times of nearly three weeks before finally calling Burtness-Lundgren. Someone was able to inspect it that day (turns out we would need a special unit) and they delivered the new water heater only two days later.
