“I called this morning and was answered right away. Zach came out, listened to my concern, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it the same day (all within an hour, actually). He was knowledgeable, patient, and put up with a couple dozen dog kisses from our rescues. I feel completely at peace and can't wait to go to bed tonight undisturbed by a noisy/dying motor; the new, quiet motor is a dream! 10/10 recommend!”
“The first time we wanted to use our air conditioner this season it would run, but not cool the house. We called NCMS and Connor showed up the very next day. He inspected the 35 year old unit and found that it had aged out. He was able to perform a temporary fix to get us by until we could have a new one installed. Knowing the former owner of the home had installed the furnace at the same time as the air conditioner we asked to have the furnace replaced as well. Toby and Noah removed the old units and replaced them in two days including hauling away the old units. Today we had all the air ducts cleaned by Jace, again top notch service. Each one of the NCMS staff we encountered were very friendly, cleaned up after the service and were very respectful of our home and us.”
