The guys at Helps we’re very helpful. We have an issue of standing water in a floor drain in our basement and issues with our stack leaking. They had to come back several times to help us because of our issue. Each time they were on time, courteous and answered all of our questions. I spoke with the owner Rod several times on the phone and worked with Joe at the house both times. While they are unfortunately not able to fix our issue (indoor plumbing is the cause of our issue not the outside drains) they took the time to pinpoint the issue to make our time with a plumber go a lot faster. Joe stayed with the drain camera and checked all of our lines out. He even drew a diagram for me to give to the plumber to help answer any of their questions. I would highly recommend working with the Helps team if you have any drain or septic issues!
Returned my call quickly, most helpful and concerned, kept in communication, had someone out soon, issue was resolved w instructions how to avoid future problems. They fixed the problem without replacing (I was told by other company would need to be done). Saved me $$$! I highly recommend!!
