Arrived at 7;20am on a Wednesday. Clean and open space. Uncrowded by people and equipment. Has 4 hydrotherapy beds, cold therapy beds, stand and lay down beds, Great place to get in, work out and get out.
The hours are convenient, staff helpful, and the equipment is top of the line. I recently had a pre-meeting with the personal trainer. He's an awesome man - very relatable; this service is free. One area that could be improved is the massage chairs and Black Room Spa equipment is out-of-order quite often.
Haven't had a bad experience with them. Staff are friendly and most equipment works fine. The only problem I had was getting a time set with their trainer. Since this is my third time joining PF, hopefully I'll be able to get a time scheduled.
