“I unfortunately came home a few weeks ago to find my basement full of water. I have never been through anything like this before. My insurance company told me to call someone to take care of it. I was at a loss and googled what to do if you have a basement full of water. 380 Companies caught my eye and I called them. What a huge relief. They showed up right away, they walked me through what they were going to do, and that is exactly what they did. They were all so professional and kind to me and my family! When they left the house was so clean. They took extra care with all of my personal things. I could not have asked for better help. They are amazing and even though I never want to call them again….they are on my speed dial! I was truly blessed with such great help!!!“

“Highly recommend Klein Chem Dry! They got me on their schedule quickly & the two gentlemen that showed up were very polite. Once the carpet dried, I did noticed a couple spots that didn’t completely come up. I called and Jason came out 2 days later, and fixed it. We have had a couple different carpet cleaning companies come out and I’ve just never been impressed until Chem Dry. I will definitely be calling them for carpet cleanings from here on out!“

“What a team effort! They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! The project manager kept us posted and the crew were very friendly as well as doing a wonderful job! Hopefully we won't need any repairs in the future, but if we don't we will be calling DIVISION 7!
