“I was a block away from my house when I felt my glasses case fall out of my pocked onto the road. I was riding my bike so I stopped and pulled my bike to the side of the road and walked back. I picked up the case but my glasses weren't in it. I searched the road and sure enough, they were there and someone had driven oven them. It's Friday afternoon. I rode to Klauer in the hopes that they would order new ones and I'd have them in a couople of weeks. Instead, they called the company and tried to find a matching frame and told me that the lenses could work. They were scratched but not terribly so. When the company solution didn't work, I chose another set of frames and we started working on gettin new lenses except the ones she chose for me were close enough to my current pair that the lenses fit. I was out fifteen minutes later with working glasses and the promise that, if the lenses don't work, to come back in and we can order different ones later. This whole experience was going above and beyond on a Friday afternoon! Thank you for the hard work.“
