I had an incredible experience at Klauer Optical getting my exam and choosing glasses. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Doctor Klauer gave me a thorough exam and I learned more about my eye health than I ever knew before. The staff helped my pick out a great pair of glasses and they have lots of options to choose from. Highly recommend anyone looking for new glasses to stop by Klauer Optical
Although pricier than some places, this place is great and worth every penny. Helpful staff, great product, and integrity. I would recommend this place to family, friends, and strangers.
They are top notch and go above and beyond. I have been going there for 5 years. Today I broke my glasses at work and called them to tell them about my situation. They had the exact frame in their inventory and they switched out my lenses into the loaner frames and ordered new frames and they will be in on Saturday. That is what I call an outstanding experience. I also want to give a shout out to Kelsey and Lori who helped serve me yesterday. As a nurse with complicated vision problems they have always went above and beyond to meet my needsThe best optical store in town
