I’ve been a patient at Iowa Eye for over 20 years and the experience is always exceptional. The staff are kind and professional and keep you informed to what is going on during the entire visit. The examination part of my visit was thorough and all my questions were answered promptly. Dr. Gross is easy going while being super professional. He knows how to put you at ease and explains every step that is being taken during your exam.
She did an excellent job with my girl's she was understanding and listened to what they had to say. We were able to get in right away. No waiting 2 months down the road got them in within the week.
Fantastic experience start to finish. Called at 8am on a Monday due to metal in my eye. They were able to schedule me for an appointment the same day. Reception was welcoming and efficient, nurse was kind. Dr. Litchfield was professional and friendly. Allowed me to explain what happened and got straight to work. She removed the metal from my eye and explained how the healing process should go. Scheduled a follow-up appointment. I couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Litchfield and the rest of the staff at Iowa Eye Center.
