“I need to stop wrestling with my black Labrador retriever who squashed my frames. Never been in the shop and I likely will not go back. It's beautiful and the staff charming. I think it's reasonable to charge a fee for service but in 63 years I don't know that I've ever been asked to sign a release to adjust my frame or to pay a five dollar fee for the service. I found out about it after the work was done And it just left a sour taste in my mouth again perfectly reasonable just like to know about it before springing it on me at the end.”
