Jim was more than helpful. Called about a week ago and he described how to figure out what was wrong. Found the part I needed to replace, went into the store and they had what we needed.

Am a repeat customer. They are always knowledgeable and on time. But this last time (just a few days ago), they upped their game even more.Well, the repair man we had, at least. He fixed our stove and our dryer and then said that he noticed our outdoor grill, that we never use, was giving off a light gas odor when he got close to it. Truthfully, we never noticed it, grill was in the ground when we moved in.Anyway, we called out gas company and yes, there was indeed a small leak in it, and they shut it off for us.Metro appliance staff are awesome.Thank you!!
