I especially appreciated how informative he was in explaining how the new units and the thermostat work together. He made sure I understood everything before he left, which I truly valued.

He was a little early for the appt and was very prompt, he fixed my dryer in less than an hour and was very reasonable also on the pricing of the labor and part needed.
