Then he gave me different options I could mix and match to address those items. He even managed to make a fix on my AC while he was there to get me through a few more days of the heat wave, which was incredibly kind. Communication was phenomenal throughout, installation went smoothly, Brian gave me a great tutorial on the thermostat and app, and they made sure I was happy before they left.
