Our home flooded from a backed up sump. I called and spoke with one of the techs who made it out within hours and got a backup to the street to drain the water. They were extremely busy and He was still willing to leave his equipment and assist and ended up not charging me for the service. Very grateful for the help with our home and courteous service! Highly recommend Rob & 911 Restoration. I’ve used him twice now on a rental property with water damage. This second time was more significant and Rob was prompt to evaluate, more than fair and competitive on his bid, communicated when he’d arrive/be done, and not only did he not go over his bid, he went above and beyond! Knowing I was on a tight budget with an insurance issue, he was willing to offer recommendations of contractors that would maybe be more affordable just to help out. He truly has the locally owned, customer focused, and here to help experience that is often so missed in today’s environment. 12/10 experience!
Brad came out almost immediately to check out my situation (at midnight). And even though he wasn’t the one who was able ti do the clean up, he connected me with the people I needed to be in touch with and checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. He did not charge for the initial call. I was very impressed with his kindness and professionalism.
