“We have used Pat's Cleaning Service for a few years at our office building and they are hands down the best we've ever had. John does a FANASTIC job of going above and beyond each time he is here and I always hear comments about how amazingly CLEAN our building is because of him. We just had a large ceiling leak in one of our offices due to a storm and John went out of his way to be sure the mess was tended to. “Very good results on my traffic patterns.Hadn't had it cleaned in awhile and he did a great job cleaning it. Dirt stains came out and carpet fluffed again!Very friendly service an d followed up next day to be sure it was drying and looked clean. Would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend. “. I called this company, right away the person answering was super sweet. She took care of the appt set up. The gentleman who did the cleaning did an exceptional job! Not only did he get out the coffee spot the other company could not, he also got out a paint stain that i worked to get out. He got that out! I had been using another carpet cleaner, I had never had a problem until the owner did not come out“

“Highly recommend Klein Chem Dry! They got me on their schedule quickly & the two gentlemen that showed up were very polite. Once the carpet dried, I did noticed a couple spots that didn’t completely come up. I called and Jason came out 2 days later, and fixed it. We have had a couple different carpet cleaning companies come out and I’ve just never been impressed until Chem Dry. I will definitely be calling them for carpet cleanings from here on out!“
