“AMAZING! If you don’t want to take the time to read this whole review, know this: Ryan and his crew are amazing and they do beyond great work. Ryan and his crew were courteous, polite, respectful, hard working and most importantly honest. My husband and I recently purchased a new home and wanted our carpets and ducts cleaned before we moved in. We called Eastern Iowa Carpet Care. Ryan fit us in without a problem on short notice. He showed up on time, dressed professionally and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. We had a few other people in the house doing work and Ryan went out of his way to make things smooth for them but more importantly for me. Now comes THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. After Ryan got everything set up to start cleaning the air ducts, he began to open the cold air returns and noticed they had obviously recently been cleaned. He stopped the work and came to find me to show me how clean the ducts were. He then told me, “I am more than happy to clean these if you’d like but I feel like if I do I am just stealing your money.” THATS RIGHT HE WAS HONEST AND DID NOT SELL ME A SERVICE I DID NOT NEED. I thanked him for his honesty and we decided to not have them cleaned. He then lugged all the tools back out to the truck and did not charge me even a penny for the time he had just spent for set up and tear down. As for the carpet cleaning, it was great! We are very happy with how our semi-aged carpet looks after a nice cleaning. Most importantly, the level of service was unmatched 10/10. Eastern Iowa Carpet Care you have a customer for life and I am more than happy to tell everyone I can how great you are!“

“Isaiah, Sam, Ben, Jackson and Alex did a great job cleaning up the basement after a pipe broke and it wasn’t discovered until several thousand gallons of water flooded the basement. They were very open and communicated well as to what they were doing and going to do. They took lots of pictures and kept me informed. Very easy to work with highly recommend them.“

“Called american dream carpet clean to come check out my carpets. I was told the carpets were cleaned before I moved in. I started losing so much sleep, id wake up congested and coughing and sneezing, and the days I would come home from work, and left my windows closed, It would smell like someone walked their dogs in my apartment. Knowing that property management was lying to me, I found bill on Google. He came by and said he could do my carpets right then and there, because even he was taken away by the foul stench coming up from The carpets. He used a black light and some kind of moisture probe and was able to determine and visually show me where the problem was. He set up in about 3 minutes and had my entire apartment done in just under an hour. He advised me that he may not be able to get some of the stains out due to it being an old carpet. But not only did he get the stains out 3 days later I can come home to a fully closed up apartment with no horrible stench l. American dream carpet clean is a step above the rest, I will never call on anyone else, after I see what these guys do. 10 stars highly recommend you atleast give them a chance to come look and give a quote. “They were very polite and on time. Far as I know they did a good job. -as I’m unfamiliar with the process. They explained what they were doing . I did expect more debris to be collected but like I said I have no idea…other than I got a scam job done by another company in the past - thus I was skeptical…as my house is very small , 1000 square feet .
Overall I was happy with the job
