Very good results on my traffic patterns.Hadn't had it cleaned in awhile and he did a great job cleaning it. Dirt stains came out and carpet fluffed again!Very friendly service an d followed up next day to be sure it was drying and looked clean. Would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend. Quite wet for 12 to 24 hours, but looks great!
