I've had back problems this year and I felt like i was walking on water when I left. It was really the perfect start to my vacation. Not only was Anne's treatment amazing she gave me some incredible tips on places and restaurants to visit.“

“I loved my experience at the spa. The amenities alone made it worth arriving early. I spent time enjoying everything before my treatment. The spa is beautiful and peaceful.

My massage with Nicole was a 10/10. I get at least two massages a month and have been to many spas over the years, so I have pretty high standards. Nicole was one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. She was attentive, incredibly skilled, and I left feeling completely relaxed.

The only small downside was that the front desk associate (also named Nicole) wasn’t the warmest or most welcoming upon arrival. It certainly wasn’t enough to take away from the experience, though, because every other staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive.

It is definitely on the pricier side, but in my opinion, it was worth every penny. Between the beautiful amenities and the exceptional massage, I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit.“

“Great service. Love the valet drivers as they are all so kind and joyful.

Rooms are quiet, clean, well appointed and extremely comfy. It is nice to have a kitchen where I dont have to eat out every meal. The washer/dryer is also critical so we dont have to pack so much. Will definitely stay here again. Can't beat free valet, great service, and a beautiful property.“

“I had a 5-star experience at the spa during my stay at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua Spa. I received a warm welcome from the front desk team and was given a tour of the spa, including all the amenities I could enjoy before and after my massage.

I was then invited to relax in one of the lounge areas until my masseuse came to collect me. I had a 90-minute stress-relief massage with Angela, who took the time to ask about any concerns or areas she should focus on.

She made me feel completely comfortable, and it was, hands down, one of the best massages I have ever had at a hotel. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep by the end.

I would definitely recommend Angela to anyone looking for a truly relaxing spa experience.

“My husband and I stayed at the Maui Westin resort and spa. We took advantage of the cabana massage experience. It was so nice, Getting to hear the ocean waves will we relaxed. We had Claire and Danielle(a). They both did an amazing job we felt so good after and the next day. I definitely recommend trying out this experience while you are on vacation.“

“It was easy to get a next day appointment. My therapist Melissa had also taught my Yoga class beforehand so I felt like we had already connected. She offered an extra hand and foot scrub, eucalyptus ( for my congestion from laying face down) Coconut/ Hibiscus scalp massage was fantastic.
