One of the BEST massages I've ever had! Vince is truly incredible, staff was so friendly, and the place was peaceful. The scalp massage add on is worth it! My husband and I had a couples massage, and both had an amazing experience.
The best massage I’ve ever had. Visited 2 times during a one week stay at Hyatt with my partner. Professional, kind, and expert staff. Have a pretty strict booking policy & mandatory tip. In my opinion, the quality of the service exceeds the downside. Highly recommend!
It's our first time in Maui, and we came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, everything has been perfect -- the staff are so kind, and the hotel is spotless and beautiful. Even though we don't check out until Thursday, I wanted to write this review early because everything so far has been absolutely wonderful. The pool, the room, breakfast, and even the snacks -- everything has exceeded our expectations. We've had such a joyful and relaxing time just staying within the resort!
