“My cousin recommended Eli and I’m so glad she did! I got a deep tissue massage and felt immediate relief and so relaxed after. She asked questions prior to the massage to make sure she knew what to focus on, double checked I didn’t have any injuries or that would come into play with the twisting and pulling. She would check in to make sure I was comfortable or that the pressure/temperature was right. The office feels more like a home and quite inviting. I enjoyed talking to her after the massage where she gave me a glass of water and a biscoff cookie and it felt more like I was talking to a friend. Highly recommend Eli and can’t wait to visit again! I’ve been to her mostly for the Raindrop therapy which is an incredible treatment!! “I've been struggling on what to write for this review. I guess the best place to start is to say that I am BIG BIG fan of Pure Pilates Maui and an even bigger fan of Denise!! Denise was nothing but a pure delight to work with; from our early emails discussing my fitness level and being new to Pilates, to scheduling, and eventually meeting her for my first session - Denise has a way of making you slow down, focus, and heal from within. She's a true healer. I was new to Pilates (4 classes) when I came and I invited my mom to join me for her first ever Pilates class. Denise was able to find the delicate balance and structure for our class to ensure we both had a good workout and never left too sore or with our bodies in misalignment. I should mention my Mom had a neck surgery years ago that had left her unable to exercise more than a casual stroll. We both left our classes with a distinct spring in our step! Was it the views? Was it the aromatherapy? Was it the great Pilates? Was it Denise? Was it all meant to be? Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and take a class! You won't be disappointed. The only disappointment you will encounter is if, like us, you were on vacation in Maui and now you have to daydream about those classes and looking out to the ocean with the whales dancing in the sea...“

“My goodness, these ladies must've been trained differently! This wasn't the sort of massage I'd gotten before. I typically prefer a soft to medium touch. But when Elizabeth got going with those strokes albeit deeper than I liked, I just let her do her thing. Fantastic. My wife's therapist was Carey. She also couldn't stop raving about it. When we're back in Maui, this is the first place I'll be looking for a massage.“
