This was the most perfect experience I could ever ask for. If you want to gift someone an experience, this is it. I made my reservation on the phone and instantly hit it off with Cindy. She's so nice!!! Prior to your appointment, they will email you instructions of how to find them - I strongly recommend you read it! When we arrived, we were greeted by Ron. He kindly showed us where the restroom was (sooo clean btw) and our hot tub. The pics online don't do it justice. It was so beautiful and private. I appreciated the waist/skirt robe and cold bottled water. Afterwards, we went for our massage. We got to meet Cindy in person, and she introduced us to our massage therapists. Our massage therapists were like the definition of expert professionals. I got Laura who was great, and my husband forgot the name of his massage therapist unfortunately, but she was great as well! Both took the time to ask where we are feeling tension, then felt around to find those exact points. Prior to coming here, my husband had ankle pain for about a week. After the massage, the pain was gone!!!!!!!!! He was so thrilled and thankful. This was more than a relaxing massage, it was healing. Laying there getting a massage with the soothing music, gentle rain, and birds in the background was so relaxing and dreamy. Everyone here is so kind and truly radiates a positive and loving energy. Lots of aloha here, and definitely the best massage we've had. This experience was worth every penny. I highly recommend this unique and tranquil experience to everyone, and I will certainly come back every time we're on the island.

Highly recommend! Best massage on Island. I have had many massages in my lifetime. This is definitely the best. I requested a few different things specifically my legs, knees, and feet. Was given a 1 hour full body massage, which helped all of the areas including the painful areas. The calming music and focused massaging let me disappear from the pain I feel every day. The environment was very comfortable and inviting. Julia was able to break up tight calves and relieve the stress in my neck and shoulders. If you're looking for a massage on the Kona side of the Big Island, this is the right place.
I just called and ask him how much does he charge to see whats wrong with my laptop he told me that he doesn't charge to find out what's wrong , that right there deserves a 5 star rating to me ..

I can’t express enough how wonderful my stay at Gingerhill Farm Retreat was! It turned out to be the ideal spot for my first time exploring the island. I arrived after dark, but Kiki's prompt and friendly assistance made me feel right at home from the moment I got there, she even helped me get to my cabin. I got the chance to get to know a few volunteers on the farm and they did not hesitate to help me feel right at home. Vicky even hand-picked me some fresh fruit!I stayed in Bamboo Cabin for three nights. This cozy room was exactly what I was looking for, and it exceeded my expectations with its comfort and thoughtful amenities. One of my favorite features was the outdoor kitchen and the hammock, which added a unique charm to my stay. The nighttime atmosphere was magical, with the sounds of the forest—crickets, frogs, and other wildlife—creating a peaceful, almost otherworldly ambiance that contributed to the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Honestly, I miss it greatly now that I'm back home.I have nothing but good things to say about Gingerhill, the grounds of the farm are stunning, lush, and meticulously cared for. Wandering through the property, I felt completely at peace, soaking in the natural beauty all around me. I felt connected with nature, which is a unique Airbnb experience compared to most. Mornings were especially delightful, spent sipping tea and interacting with the friendly farm animals. Iris even brought over some fresh farm eggs, which was AMAZING!My time at Gingerhill Farm Retreat was filled with joy and tranquility! I wholeheartedly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a serene and memorable getaway, especially if you're a big fan of nature and getting away from the hustle and bustle :)

The owners, Christine and Ken, are some of the kindest, sweetest souls you’ll ever meet, and their caring energy shines through in everything they do. The entire staff is so thoughtful and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do.
The spa itself is spotless, comfortable, and has such a calming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. They also offer amazing packages that make the experience even more special and such a great value.

If you are looking for a truly authentic Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, then Swami's healing arts is the place to go. She can fix just about any ailment!!! She may be tiny, but don't be fooled. This woman can dish out one truly therapeutic deep tissue massage!! I have been getting massages regularly for the past 30 years and Swami's is definitely one of the best!!
A wonderful nurturing supportive yoga studio. This is the place to go if you are new to Yoga or want a place to go that is welcoming to all then the search is over. From the moment I walked into the studio til now a year later it has been the best experience. I feel like the value I get far exceeds the nominal cost. The teachers are knowledge and extremely helpful in making sure that my alignment is correct and are able to help use different props that are supportive if you are having aches or pains.

Lori only works on very short hair and does a great job with it. My husband was very happy with his haircut. She is also a florist and he brought home an orchid for me.
I can say without any exaggeration that this is like the best thing ever. Over 150 birds, on a farm tucked well back into the mountains, with an unbelievable view of the sea. I visited with my wife and we toured the sanctuary with one other family, so we had a very intimate introduction to all of the birds. It is extremely clear that the people who run Parrots in Paradise really love these birds, and everything (The birds, the view, the sanctuary) is unbelievably beautiful.
Truly can't recommend this place enough - it's amazing and you will not regret making the reservation or the trip.
