I cannot recommend Swami highly enough. This was a deeply healing experience for my body, mind, and spirit. I hobbled in with back pain, a pulled neck, sciatica, and overall energetic exhaustion. By the end of the session, I felt like a different person. I walked out pain-free, lighter, and with more mobility- I actually found myself skipping to my car. Swami combines Lomi Lomi massage with energetic kinesiology, every movement was intentional, intuitive, and deeply restorative.
