“After 10 years my old central AC failed. The previous company I used for maintenance never mentioned anything about the severity of the rust on the old unit or the problems that could arise. I now had to research ac units, find a reputable company that was also recommended by the Hawai'i Energy website, and sort through multiple quotes which would fit in my budget. Pristine was one of the companies that I came across. They had excellent Yelp reviews and was one of the top rated companies on Hawai'i Energy. A quote was requested and Leiann made the process very easy. Billy came out and gave an in depth explanation of the work needed and recommendations for a unit. After all my research I decided to purchase a Trane unit. Leiann provided a quote which I felt was more than fair. Due to the large investment I was making, I asked for a second quote for the top of the line Trane unit. The second quote was of course higher, but I still felt it was a fair price for the unit I asked for. I went through many quotes from other businesses as well and most were in the same ballpark for comparable units. Some quotes I received were for basic units for a higher overall price than the top of the line Trane unit I was interested in. Pristine stood out due to Leiann providing the best service out of everyone to address my needs, concerns and choice of unit brand. I decided to give Pristine my business and the new unit was scheduled to be installed. The installation date was a while out but Billy and crew arrived on time. It was only a few hours before the old unit was removed and the new unit was installed. It's been over a week and the new unit functions exceptionally well. Leiann was with me all the way to explain everything and answer any of the numerous questions I had. Her response time was very prompt, professional, and courteous, both through emails and phone calls. I had a great experience using Pristine and have booked all my future ac maintenance through them as well. Central ac replacement is a huge expense and I suggest you do your research and shop around. If you decide to give Pristine your business, I highly doubt you will be disappointed.“
