I inquired to get a quote and received a call same day to go over pricing. The call was the perfect balance of inquiry, salesman ship but most importantly true aloha spirit. Excellent customer service. We had issues with the coils on a few of our A/C Carrier wall mounted units. From the beginning Trenton was very professional and responsive. He ensured the parts were under warranty, and we were able to schedule the repair within just a few days. During the work, he explained everything in detail, replaced the coils, and cleaned the units, and there were no surprises. Trenton also checked and cleaned a few other units. Highly recommend APB HVAC.
APB was amazing. From the moment I called Larissa was super friendly and already had my info on file as a repeat customer. She was able to offer me a discount right off the bat. Trent who came out for a previous repair on another unit was an absolute professional. He's very knowledgeable about all things ac related and took his time to explain the repair process.
