“My husband and I both get massages monthly with Lume! She’s amazing! Her massages are relaxing, but also target any pain we might be in. She incorporates stretching if requested too, and I highly recommend it!

I saw Lume throughout my pregnancy for prenatal massage and she really helped my SI joint and lower back pain. I now see her postpartum to help with upper back pain from breastfeeding and general relaxing self care time away from baby.
