The ambiance is very relaxed. The people here are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. It's been a while since I've experienced a not so great massage, but the owner made it right by contacting me and allowing me another massage. I denied it and respectfully told her it was okay. I didn't want another one, but that was very nice of her to offer it. It shows how much they appreciate their customers. I can't wait to get another massage. I hope to do an experience massage for 2 hours

I was able to get an early morning massage this past weekend from Rumi and she was awesome. Very strong lady and took the pain out of me neck. Worked on the all the areas I asked her too. All of the massage therapists at Nori Kohana are very well trained. Very professional I love this place!

Would recommend!! The online scheduling was super convenient, and staff were welcoming and friendly with parking available. I had the best massage with Christine. She was informative and professional with the perfect amount of pressure. I was really impressed with my experience at Nori Kahana, I left feeling 110% better, and looking forward to returning again. Thank you!
