For nearly three years, my shoulder was essentially frozen. Every day was painful. I felt helpless, defeated, and honestly started to believe this was just going to be my new normal. I couldn’t play the sports I love, struggled with simple everyday tasks, and there were days when I couldn’t even lift my own coffee cup without pain.

Before finding your team, I had gone through countless physical therapy sessions at other organizations, saw multiple chiropractors, underwent shockwave therapy, received several cortisone injections, and tried just about every conservative treatment available. Deep down, I knew there was likely a tear, but I wanted to avoid surgery if at all possible.

From day one, your team went all in. You didn’t give up on me. You pushed me beyond what I thought was possible stretching my shoulder, challenging my range of motion, introducing new exercises, rebuilding my strength, and teaching my body to activate muscles I never even realized I had. Every session had a purpose, and every milestone, no matter how small, was celebrated.

Beyond the physical recovery, what truly stood out was the care you showed.
