“I have always had a great experience and my nails done to perfection!
I’ve been going to Kama at Posh Nails since it opened. As a small business owner, She takes great care with the services that she provides.
The salon is clean, bright and cheerful. The girls are all welcoming and kind.
I’d like to weigh in on the review that a customer, Amy Vergis made regarding her nails. Issues can occur….As she was just visiting I can understand that she may not have had time to return to Posh Nails for a fix.
BUT BEFORE LEAVING a negative review I feel it is a customers DUTY to have contacted Kama, spoken about the issue and allow her to make amends. There IS always a way to be positive and arrive at a solution. In the time it took Amy to leave the review she could have made the phone call to Kama.
We can ALL learn from this.
