We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and experience from Island Dog Obedience’s 2-week board & train program. Not only did the trainers go above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and unique situation, but they have changed our quality of life by taking our extremely anxious dog and transforming him into an obedient, more relaxed, and less stubborn boy. Our golden retriever had great potential, but was a jumper when greeting new people, had extreme anxiety in new situations, and would pull like crazy on walks. We came into training with a high energy, leash pulling 6 month old Siberian husky pup. My end goal was to be able to walk/run without him pulling or walking in front of me. We left him with Ryan for 2 weeks. Ryan did an amazing job training kiba. Kiba is now so well behaved who I can now take on my runs! It’s amazing and I highly recommend Ryan!

We had a great experience with Island Dog Obedience!Pon is a 2 year-old boy, mix of Pomeranian and Shih-Tzu. He often barked at home whenever I make a move that he thinks I am leaving home, so I decided to send him for 2 weeks training. Our trainer Kristi is very kind and polite. She taught him everything from basic commends to harder tasks like leash-off. She sent me email everyday about his progress with pictures and videos.
