Dr. Hsu is awesome! He is very experienced and knowledgeable, and we never feel rushed. Dr. Hsu did everything possible to help treat the old Dachshund I brought from Japan. He always explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I have no regrets whatsoever. Sadly, my Dachshund passed away in my arms in 2020 and crossed the Rainbow Bridge. My husband and my family in Japan are still very grateful to Dr. Hsu and his wonderful staff. Of course, our other dog, Dim Sum, a Yorkie, was also cared for here. Can’t express enough how relieved and grateful I am for taking my cat here. He was experiencing some urinary issues and the ER doctor, I believe Dr. Ed Hsu, was able to see him quickly. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind, but I especially appreciate this doctor for taking the time to explain everything to me and answering all my questions. Went from a ball of stress to feeling confident in just about an hour.

Always a great experience when we come here. Staff are great and helpful. Definitely pet people. Dr Hsu is wonderful in his education and options. Reasonable but definitely knows what he is doing. Highly recommend. Good parking lot. Always quick in and out.
