Pets in the City provides top-notch care for furry friends. From initial evaluations to boarding, the staff ensures great communication, even sending pictures and videos of pets playing with others. The facility offers a safe and happy environment, with large kennels and exciting playtime with friends. The staff, led by Ashley, are true animal lovers who take care of pets as if they were their own. Additional services, such as dog baths and nail clipping, are also available. Pet owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are well taken care of while they're away.
I’ve been taking my 15 year old shih tzu here for over 5 years. This is the best place I’ve been in the area for grooming. They do a good job and I can tell my dog enjoys herself while she’s there. I’ve had experiences at other groomers in the area where my dog is very anxious when I pick her up…but never here. That’s how I know the groomer does a fantastic job with the dogs making them feel safe and loved while they’re there. You know the non-verbal communication you have with your dogs? Yeah, that’s how my dog told me she approves. She now wags her tail when I ask if she wants a haircut. 👏👏👏
We had our puppy stay there for a for the short trip, and we are so happy with the care that Raider received! From the initial evaluation to the actual boarding, there was great communication, they even sent us pictures and videos of Raider playing with other dogs! The pictures and videos made us feel so relieved and happy to see our puppy happy! Such a great experience highly recommend!!
I have to say how absolutely thankful I am to Ashley and her staff! It is such a relief to have a place my little fur boy is kept safe and is so happy to go to. He is excited when we arrive and he can’t wait to get inside to play with his friends! Being he has to do daycare and board while I work, I am grateful to have some peace of mind that he’s well taken care of while I have to be gone. When I come to pick him up, he is happy and is like he just walked out from playing and having too much fun! I’m so grateful to his aunties there that take care of him. I’m sorry I don’t know everyone’s names, but a special thank you to all of them and Ashley, Kylie, Rachel!!! ??❤️ Our fur kids couldn’t be in better hands! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!
