Our building used them for pipe project and they messed up our bathrooms and when we asked them to fix it they did next to nothing and offered no compensation.

HPG had done work for our HOA. While the workers were pleasant to speak to, they were very unprofessional. We could hear them speak loudly and use foul language, joked about past mistakes they made in other units when they were next door and laughing because they had made a mistake. Other residents have complained as well. No pride in their work, as they damaged my new shower, my vanity, my floors, my bathtub and it's built in shelves, and my drywall ceilings were not done nicely. They left paint on my floors and my towel bars and other things. I would not use them on a personal level. They started in Feb 25 and it was only supposed to be 3 weeks, in which my family had to live somewhere else due to the noise. My son works nights and sleeps days, and my dog was really scared. I have only received completion papers this week in August 25. Two thumbs down. 👎👎
