Alakai Mechanical is the best commercial / multi-family plumbing contractor I have ever worked with. They have been my go to plumber for years, at Kahala Towers, Regency Park, and now the Commodore in Hawaii Kai. All properties had old / original plumbing. These guys are union, highly skilled, and always available. Condo piping is complex and these are the best in the industry in that regard, based on my experience with almost every plumbing company on the island. I am writing this review because I see a few negative ones on here which don't accurately represent this company. If you are a commercial property manager or owner, I highly recommend using this company.
