The Kapolei clinic is a great new facility with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The beautiful building offers easy parking with lots of handicap stalls, and everything is on ground-level. There are shorter wait times for appointments, large hallways, and nice waiting areas. The clinic has many specialty clinics and resources in house, including an urgent care. Helpful employees and volunteers work there, and the canteen serves good coffee and baked goods. It is a welcome alternative with copious parking and lots of space for help.
Tony at the front door deserves a huge shoutout. He went above and beyond to help my husband, who is also a fellow veteran. You could tell that he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure he was taken care of. It wasn’t just doing his job, he went out of his way to help, and we truly appreciated it.
People like Tony are what make an experience stand out. Thank you, Tony, for being so kind, helpful, and going above and beyond. We won’t forget it!
Fast, courteous, professional service service! Was seen immediately. Checkout was fast and smooth with my choice of convenient follow-up appointment. Did not experience noisy, disruptive activities mentioned elsewhere. Truly a marvelous, modern facility with friendly, caring staff
This is a fantastic facility. It is modern, clean, and well-run. I have always been seen rather quickly and contacted by community practitioners within a matter of days. Looking at some of the negative comments, I don’t know where they went- there’s no senior activities or games in the hallways.
